This is a nice rebuilt 1933-36 distributor that has been converted to the optimum performing 11A internals. The 11A internals provide 8 additional degrees of total advance that advance just off of idle. Uses more modern 37-48 points. All this means, is higher RPM’s before point bounce, better fuel mileage, more power, and a cooler running engine. This uses a original 32-36 Rotor so you can use your original caps and coil. Will run as 6 or 12 volt. You will receive a distributor as nice as, or nicer than the one in the photo. No distributor is sent out if it does not meet our expectations. It will have NEW quality points, NEW leather tipped vacuum plunger and spring. They have been completely disassembled, weights and springs checked, shaft and bushings checked and polished, as well as the shaft insulated to prevent rotor shorting. NEW oil fitting. You will need to supply your own condenser, and coil, and caps or call us as we have them available.. Timing was set on a KR Wilson fixture, and then ran to 6000 rpm’s on a Sun Machine. Dwell is set between 35-36 degrees and timing to 4 degrees btdc.
