Hardware kits that need to be assembled and very large orders may take longer. Please keep in mind that we are an actual small business that is husband and wife owned and operated. This means we occasionally have to shut down for various reasons. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx Express for parts orders and will ship using our discretion for the most efficient and cost-effective method. If you prefer one over the other, please make that request at the time you place your order, and we will try to accommodate your preference. Because of the amount of packages we ship, we do get special rates and may even upgrade your shipping method when possible. Our preferred methods of shipping are UPS and FedEx Express. UPS and FedEx Express shipments CAN NOT be shipped to a PO Box. Larger items are usually shipped UPS depending on location. Very large/heavy items will be shipped Freight. We do our best to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. A correct physical address is important for deliveries. Any re-shipping costs incurred due to inaccurate addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We prefer to ship UPS internationally. Orders get to their destination much faster and are less likely to be lost in transit.

Freight Truck Shipping fees below are estimates only. Actual freight shipping charges will be applied when the order is shipped and invoiced. Items that require a freight truck cannot be included with flat rate shipping.
